Who are your typical clients?

I don't have a typical client base. I'm happy to help anyone from stay at home moms looking to get back into the workplace, to students with minimal budgets, to celebrities. If you need help kicking your style into gear then you're the right client for me!


Is there a minimum number of hours per appointments?

The shortest amount of time I will spend with you is an hour for an initial consultation. This way we have plenty of time to get to know each other and I can make proper assessments of your needs.


How long is a typical shopping session?

That really depends on your needs and budget. We can work with a simple shopping orientation where I help you put together perspective outfits in the store of your choice or we can spend an entire day shopping together! Contact me and we can set up the best option for you.


How do I pay you for custom packages?

An invoice will be sent to you once you book your service. You can pay with a credit card using PayPal, via Interac Transfer or cash.


Do I have to spend money on clothes while we shop?

Absolutely not! There is no obligation for you to purchase anything that we try on together or I deliver to your home. You should only buy the pieces that you love and know you will get use out of and I would never let you purchase anything that I feel you will later regret!


What stores will we go shopping in?

The choices here are endless. We can go to consignment and vintage shops or higher end boutiques and anything in between. Our shopping destinations will depend entirely on your style, budget, and lifestyle needs.


What should I do to prepare for your visit?

I recommend getting some of your favorite pieces together so I can see what you gravitate towards for your personal style. Prior to my visit I will be putting together a style profile based on questions I will send you via email when you first book a service. Be prepared to go over your personalized style guide when I come in to meet you. If you have signed up for the Shop Your Closet service, I strongly advise a quick tidy up of the area as we will be photographing your clothes for your digital closet image guide.


Do you offer personalized packages?

Of course! When we chat for the first time, we can go over your exact needs and if they don't fit into any of the choices on this site then we'll make up a package just for you! 


Can I add services or hours to my chosen package?

Absolutely. We can add anything from extra shopping hours to follow up meetings. Once we settle on which package suits you the most we can personalize it to fit all of your specific needs. And don't forget, I am always just a call away so if you decide you need more help after we're done I'd be glad to come back!
